Parenting and Kids Expo, Part of the Summer Games at the Great Park
ORANGE, CA- Parenting OC Magazine’s 8th annual Parenting and Kids Expo will move to The Great Park in Irvine, on Saturday, July 28, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., as part of a new event called “Summer Games at the OC Great Park.”
The family-friendly event will be a fun-filled day of competition for the kids and will include an array of Olympic-themed games. It is a great opportunity for your kids to get active and have fun while participating in some healthy competition.
Also at the Summer Games, the Parenting OC Expo will provide entertainment and fun for the whole family, with over 60 exhibitors, live performances and our annual fashion show, where local OC models strut their stuff, showing the trendiest summer sportswear must-haves for kids. Sponsored by PBS SoCal, the Expo brings the best of summer fun to one place.
Expo exhibitors will be presenting information for parents on OC-based schools, activities and health options. Previous exhibitors have included the Boy Scouts of America, PBS SoCal, Go Girl Energy Drink, and many local OC Schools and tutoring services.
Families can also enjoy free carousel and balloon rides throughout the day courtesy of the Great Park. And since the number of entrants for the Summer Games is limited, pre-registration for this event is recommended.
Again this year, parents will have the opportunity to enter their children in the Cute Kid Cover Contest. All entrants will participate in a mini photo shoot at the event with the chance to appear on an upcoming cover of Parenting OC Magazine. Just for entering, each participant will receive a free keepsake mock cover featuring their child’s photo.
