Stop by Pretend City and pick up one of their Ages and Stages Questionnaire (ASQ)!

It's fun to complete with your child. Then, when you mail it in, you will receive a call from the ASQ team to talk about your child and how they are doing, based on their age group. They are very thorough and answer all the questions you may have. They even provide you with resources, in case you need additional assistance.

The team member will send you a follow up, in the mail, with your FREE ticket to Pretend City!
